Reimagining Work Vol. 14: The People Side of Work

How can we cultivate workplace cultures that honor Christ and genuinely care for the people we lead, manage, and collaborate with? Too often, our expectations for work are minimal—reduced to avoiding legal risk and leaving “people issues” to HR. But what might it look like to pursue healthy, flourishing workplaces where every person is recognized as made in the image of God and treated with dignity and respect?

As part of CFWLA’s mission to reframe vocation and reshape culture, we warmly invite you to Reimagining Work Vol. 14: The People Side of Work—a morning designed to inspire and resource professionals who desire to lead with wisdom, integrity, compassion and intentionality.

This gathering will feature presentations from Anthony Barton, Executive Coach and Global Entrepreneur, and Myesha Reynolds, Founder and President of Equity Lens Consultants. Following their talks, a panel of Los Angeles–based professionals will share how God is at work in their vocations and how they navigate the people-centered challenges of their fields.

We hope you’ll join us for a thoughtful and encouraging morning of inspiration and connection.
