Steve Lindsey - Executive Director
Steve leads the vision and overall ministry of the Center for Faith + Work Los Angeles. Prior to this position, Steve served as an aerospace executive at The Boeing Company managing satellite systems engineers and retired after 36 years with the company. Steve received his BS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Southern California, and a MS in Engineering from Loyola Marymount University. Steve also has served at multiple churches as elder, men's ministry leader, and teacher including in-depth study and research on the integration of faith and work and leading hundreds of workplace Bible studies. Steve is a Colson Fellow with the Colson Center for Christian Worldview.
Margaret Lindsey - Co-Director
Margaret provides the organizational management of the Center for Faith + Work Los Angeles. Margaret also serves as the director of Destination: Art, a non-profit studios and gallery in Downtown Torrance. Margaret was the founding president of the Pastel Society of Southern California. Both of these art organizations promote the value of fine art and the local artist. Margaret formerly served as a US Air Force Officer, managing satellite systems after receiving a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Southern California. Margaret provided extensive support for the education of their two children through a parent participation school, while integrating a biblical worldview. Margaret is also a Colson Fellow with the Colson Center for Christian Worldview.
Gage Arnold - Communications Director
Gage Arnold is currently a Master's of Divinity Student at Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, MO., and the Communications Director at the Center for Faith and Work Los Angeles. He is formerly a founding team member of the Nashville Institute for Faith and Work and a 2014 graduate of the University of Tennessee-Knoxville who earned a bachelor of science in journalism and electronic media. Upon graduation, he took part in a 9-month intensive called the Nashville Fellows Program and worked an internship during that time with Siloam Family Health Center, a nonprofit health clinic in Nashville, Tennessee, that brings hope and health care to the city's uninsured residents. He has worked two internships with the Knoxville News Sentinel, honing his skills both times in the field of multimedia journalism. Above all else, Gage finds joy in telling and hearing the stories of others.
Erin Kruse - Event Coordinator
Erin Kruse is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado and a commissioned Fellow from the inaugural cohort of CFWLA's Framework Fellows Program. She is the owner and operator of Homegrown Event Company, specializing in hospitality through weddings, meaningful get-togethers, and conferences.
