The Center for Faith + Work Los Angeles is excited to welcome 10 new participants into our 2023-24 class of the Framework Fellows Program.

Please take a few moments to learn a little about this wonderful group of fellows and the unique offerings they will each bring to the cohort this year.

As they prepare to begin the fellowship at the first retreat this Labor Day Weekend, will you join us in prayer for each individual as they journey through the transformative year that lies ahead?

**Elizabeth** – Physician Assistant, Healthcare

Vinicius lives in Burbank with his dear wife Michaela. He’s a huge soccer fan (comes with the territory of being Brazilian) and loves all the creative aspects of his work as well as working with people (especially other musicians). In Framework, he’s looking forward to deepening his understanding of the intersections between his faith and his work.

**Dan** – Project Manager, Multiple Fields

Ashley is from Dallas, TX, and moved out to LA in 2013 to attend college at Pepperdine University. Ashley is an avid skier and just finished skiing for the 22/23 season on August 6 at Mammoth! Ashley is looking forward to learning alongside, being encouraged by, and being challenged by her fellow Framework Fellows cohort members this upcoming year.

**Shayla** – Executive Assistant, Construction Management and Screenwriter, Entertainment

Born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley, Michael is passionate about the integration of faith in all of life and wants to grow alongside like-minded disciples. Married to the lovely Sabrina and has three sweet daughters (13, 12, 9) plus an adorable dog (4).

Alyssa lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Dan, and their 3 cats. At work, she enjoys building relationships with her patients and helping them to live healthier lives.

A few things that excite Elizabeth are snowboarding, interesting surgeries, snorkeling/swimming in the ocean, and structural biochemistry. She is looking forward to learning more about God with other people who also want to learn more about God through Framework.

Dan lives in South LA with his wife, Alyssa, and three cats. He enjoys a variety of hobbies including cooking, entertaining, and learning new things, which is what he is most looking forward to in Framework!

**Ashley** – Engineer, Aerospace & Defense

Originally from Connecticut, Shayla moved to LA to launch a career in screenwriting after completing her graduate degree in creative writing from Harvard University. Shayla is looking forward to discussing the application of theology with serious professionals who embrace the call of kingdom work and letting off some steam exploring LA on Saturday trips.

**Michael** – Property Manager, Government (Real Estate and Urban Planning)

Gabriella loves to travel and to discover new sushi restaurants in her free time.

**Alyssa** – Endocrinologist, Healthcare

**Michaela** – Research Analyst, Public Social Services

Sam is a consultant at Korn Ferry where he advises F1000 clients in shaping talent & organization strategies. He is keen on learning how he might shape his work and the way he works into a gospel-centered endeavor. He lives in Los Angeles and enjoys the outdoors, live music, and reading.

Michaela was drawn to a career in research because she is a naturally curious person who finds fulfillment in unveiling meaningful truths and developing innovative solutions. She is looking forward to Framework Fellows because she hopes to integrate her faith with her career and let it reorient her priorities. Michaela lives in Burbank with her husband, where she enjoys baking and reading classic novels.
